Quinoa Bread

Gluten-free bread with a nutty quinoa flavor.

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quinoa Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes ((optional))
  • 2 tsp Dried Basil ((optional))

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk (regular or vegan)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well

  4. Pour into a baking pan and bake at 190 Deg C (preheated oven) for 20-25 mins
