DESCRIPTION:Journey of Self Discovery (JOSD) comes to Newtown from 4th October 2019 (Friday)\nAfter successful running of spiritual programs in Wellington CBD and Lower Hutt\, JOSD is now delighted to start another program in Newtown that would be fun-filled\, interactive\, thought-provoking and absolutely free of charge. \nPeople from all walks of life are welcome to join in this journey. In these 10 sessions we explore various concepts of Bhagavad Gita systematically and scientifically\, bust many myths and test the relevance of Vedic wisdom for this digital age. \nTopics \nThe topics discussed include: \n\nWhy do bad things happen to good people?\nRoadblocks to happiness\nSelf Help Techniques\nWho am I?\nLaw of Karma\nWhat is Yoga?\nDoes God exist?\nQuest of human life\n\n  \nProgram Highlights \n\nMelodious Kirtan\nMantra Meditation\nInteractive group discussions\nThought-provoking presentations\nA sumptuous free dinner\n\nThere will also be a children’s program which will run concurrently for your children over the age of 6 years. This will enable the parents to freely engage in the Journey of Self Discovery session for adults.
