Quinoa Bread
Gluten-free bread with a nutty quinoa flavor.
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups Quinoa Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes ((optional))
- 2 tsp Dried Basil ((optional))
Wet Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (regular or vegan)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Sugar

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well

Pour into a baking pan and bake at 190 Deg C (preheated oven) for 20-25 mins
