Spicy Roast Potatoes
A roasted delight with a hint of spice and a tangy kick
- 4-5 nos. Medium-sized Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (Adjust as per taste)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala (Optional)
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry Herbs (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or any other oil)
- Water to boil

Wash the potatoes and place in boiling water for 5-6 minutes until partially cooked.

Remove potatoes from water and once cooled, cut into wedges.

In a separate bowl, mix the salt, chill flakes, chaat masala, pepper powder, dry herbs and oil.

Place the wedges on a baking tray. Using a brush, coat the potato wedges with the oil and spice mixture.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 18 deg C for 40 mins, until golden brown.
